Sand blasting
This image is a modeled runestone, which is located in Gotland / Sweden. They
used an antique glass as a double overlay (this glass consists of three colour
layers). The five panes in the middle have been copied to the glass with adhesive
films, blue paper and image parts. After that the areas, which should get
white after the blasting, have been cutted out. The glass pieces in the ornamentation
have all been blasted.
With braiding one put the single glass pieces together with lead rods and
solder the cross points.
