Fusing
At first the carrier glass will be tailored. After that one cuts the coloured
glasses based on the design template. When tailoring has been done all
the glass pieces have to be cleaned accurately as dirt and fingerprints
will be burned in. Now the cleaned glass pieces will be laid onto the
carrier glass based on the design template. Then everything will be melted
together (fused) in a special kiln at 840°C.
